Our Story

Greenpower Samoa’s journey began with landmark solar developments in Samoa, including grid-connected solar photovoltaic projects at Samoa Airport and Racecourse.

Over the years, the company has continued to expand its renewable energy portfolio through project investment, solar infrastructure upgrades, and the integration of battery energy storage.

In 2024, Greenpower Samoa further strengthened its renewable energy portfolio through the acquisition and renovation of existing solar infrastructure, adding solar generation capacity together with battery energy storage.

In 2026, the company reached another major milestone by advancing a new solar and battery energy storage project agreement, supporting the next stage of Samoa’s clean energy infrastructure development.

Today, Greenpower Samoa is entering a new stage of growth, with continued focus on solar farm development, solar-plus-storage infrastructure, and long-term renewable energy partnerships in Samoa and the wider South Pacific.
